Although all NSOs dedicate resources to producing information on housing and its related outcomes, a variety of issues such as resource constraints, lack of skilled personnel, access to data, limit their ability to only focus on some of the more common indicators. The second webinar will address some examples of the most common housing indicators that are needed and produced, as well as some of the more familiar challenges encountered by NSOs in producing data on housing. Furthermore, the webinar will showcase innovative approaches to overcome some of these challenges by using administrative data, web scraping, satellite imaging, AI and other techniques.
