Explanatory note
The manufacture of soap in any form, synthetic detergents, shampoos and shaving products; cleansers, washing and scouring powders and similar cleaning preparations; crude and refined glycerin from vegetable and animal oils and fats; natural and synthetic perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, heir dressings, toothpaste and other toilet preparations. The manufacture of synthetic glycerin and synthetic perfume essence is classified, in group 3511 (Manufacture of basic industrial chemicals except fertilizer); and the production of essential oils is classified in group 3529 (Manufacture of chemical products n.e.c.).
