Explanatory note

This subclass includes: - naphtha, i.e. light or medium oils distilling between 30ºC and 210ºC, which do not meet the standards laid down for motor spirit. The C:H ratio is usually 84:14 or 84:16, with a very low sulphur content, while other properties depend upon consumer specification.
