Decision
In the Spanish version of COFOG, change the title of group 09.1.1 from "Enseñanza preescolar y enseñanza primaria (SI)" to "Enseñanza preescolar (SI)".
This was an error in the Spanish translation of COFOG. ("Enseñanza primaria (SI)" is covered under Group 09.1.2.)
For the same reason, in the Russian version of COFOG, the title for group 09.1.1 should be changed from "Дошкольное и начальное образование (IS)" to "Дошкольное образование (IS)".
