Discussion
To clarify that film duplicating and video tape and audio reproduction are not done in the same way nor in the same facilities as standard motion picture film duplicating. The duplicating of video and audio is classified in class 2230 (Reproduction of recorded media). Standard motion picture film duplicating is classified in class 9211 (Motion picture and video production and distribution).
Decision
Add to Exclusions the words "except standard motion picture film" so that it reads "Film duplicating as well as audio and video tape reproduction from master copies except standard motion picture film are classified in class 2230 (Reproduction of recorded media)".
