Discussion
To group similar fabricated metal products together in class 2899 (Manufacture of other fabricated metal products n.e.c.).
Decision
Add "-cloth of woven metal wire" so that it reads "This class includes manufacture of:
- metal fasteners : nails, rivets, tacks,..........,
- railway or tramway track ........platform buffers, etc).,
- cloth of woven metal wire,
- other metal goods not elsewhere classified including chain except power transmission chain, ..........and so forth regardless of the metal employed other than precious metal".
Reason:
To group similar fabricated metal products together in class 2899 (Manufacture of other fabricated metal products n.e.c.).
