With respect to CPC V.1. Code 96160, is it useful to rearrange the format of the first inclusion bullet to remove the (cf. 84170) and add a specific "This subclass does not include" staement for program distribution services, cf. 84170?

Change title to read:
Motion picture and television programme distribution services
Add exclusion
Distribution of television and radio programmes to the final consumer through third party cable, satellite or wireless terrestrial networks (cf.84170)

Remove the words "transfer film to video, or video to film" from the end of the inclusion.
4. 96149
Remove the words "video tapes" from the title of this subclass.
5. 96160
Change inclusions to read:
- programme selection, scheduling and broadcasting of television and radio programmes,
- combined programme production and broadcasting services.
Add exclusion
This subclass does not include :
- transmission of television and radio programmes to the final consumer through third party cable, satellite or wireless terrestrial networks, cf. 84170
