This group covers Internet telecommunications services . Should we explicitly recognize other Internet type services such as France's Minitel here?

Wording for explanatory note proposed by John Murphy on 19/2/2002. As there were no comments and objections, this has become the recommendation for the explanatory note.

Explanatory note for CPC V.1.1 code 842 should read:
This group includes the carriage of traffic, access to and telecommunications services on the Internet and similar distributed computer networks that rely on but are not part of the normal telecommunications network.
