All passenger school bus service should be placed in 64312, whether these are school buses that take pupils between their homes and school or between schools.
1. In the first inclusion of CPC V.1.1 code 64312, amend to read:
- passenger transportation services over pre-determined routes on a pre-determined schedule for a specific segment of users e.g. colleges or enterprises
2. Add another inclusion to CPC V.1.1 code 64312, to read:
- all passenger school bus service to carry pupils between their homes and school, between schools, including in rural areas
3. Delete the last subitem of CPC V.1.1 code 64314
