Add exclusions in the explanatory note for 72212 to reflect the distinction between "non-residential property management and that of sports and recreational sports faciltiy operation" (96520) and also "operation of other recreation and amusement services n.e.c. (96990)

Add the following exclusions to 72212: - sports and recreational sports faciltiy operation services, cf. 96520 - operation of other recreation and amusement services n.e.c., cf. 96990 15/11/2001 - Change inclusion and exclusion in CPC V.1.1 Subclass 96990 and inclusion in Subclass 96520 to include the phrase "operation of and access services to..": 96990 Other recreation and amusement services n.e.c. This subclass includes: - operation of and access services to ballrooms, dance halls and other recreational facilities This subclass does not include: - non-residential property management services on a fee or contract basis, cf. 72212 - personal theatrical or artistic agency services, cf. 85990 - motion picture, television and other theatrical casting services, cf. 85990 - operation of and access services to sports and recreational sports facilities, cf. 96520 96520 Sports and recreational sports facility operation services This subclass includes: - operation of and access services to indoor and outdoor sports and recreational sports facilities, such as stadia, arenas, rinks, swimming pools, sports fields, tracks, ski-hills, golf-courses, bowling alleys, tennis courts, etc. - services of riding academies - recreation, park and beach services This subclass does not include: - non-residential property management services on a fee or contract basis, cf. 72212
