Australia - Should this not be treated as freight because it is an additional cost to the passenger service (more suited to 65129). Likewise for 65119. The explanatory note mentions 'at no extra cost'.
Decision
No change to CPC V. 1.0 , cf 65111
Request declined because subclass 65111 specifically mentions "transport - at no extra cost", however the transport of passenger owned vehicles is usually done at an additional cost to the passenger.
