CPC V.1.0 code 86321 changed to code 88121.
US - steaming is one step in the manufacture of textiles, where the dye is fixed and printed fabrics are aged.
Australia - Meaning of "steaming" unclear. However, there is overlap between 88121 (formerly 86321) and 88122 (formerly 86322).
Decision
Change former CPC V.1.0 code 86321, now CPC V. 1.1code 88121 to read::
88121 Textile manufacturing services
This subclass includes:
- preparation of textile fibres
- printing and dyeing services of fabrics, yarns and
ready-made articles
- dressing, drying, bleaching, steaming, shrinking, mending,
