Australia - Agree, but should be more precisely defined (eg airport shuttle services). "Shuttles" would actually describe 'passenger transportation services over predetermined routes on a predetermined schedule for a specific segment of users'.

This subclass includes:
- passenger transportation services over pre-determined
routes on a pre-determined schedule for a specific segment of
users by motor-bus, tramway, trolley bus and similar:
- scheduled interurban shuttle services, e.g. airport shuttles
- school buses to carry pupils between their homes and
school, between schools, etc.
