Explanatory note

This subclass includes: - general school education services at the second level, first stage. Such education services consist of education that continues the basic programmes taught at the primary level, but usually on a more subject-oriented pattern and with some specialisation. The programmes aim to qualify pupils for either technical or vacational education. Compulsory schooling normally ends at this level
