Description: The Councilin the sessionwill consider several issuesincluding the Director’s report on the Institute’s achievements in 2025 and the proposed work plan for 2026. The Management Seminarorganized by SIAPaims to strengthen the leadership and management capabilities of the heads of NSOs by providing a forum to discussexchange views and share experiences. This year’s theme is related to User Engagement. The seminar will draw on the experience of participants in the areas of engagement with users of data and related stakeholders. The SBJ-SIAP Collaboration Seminar is about ‘Improvement of Data Collection and Dissemination’ adopted by NSOs. This aims to contribute towards user engagement of official statistics in Asia and the Pacific region by sharing the experience and challenge for improving of data collection and dissemination.
