The CCSA organized a Special Session entitled "International statistics: Beyond the simple collation of national official statistics" at the IAOS Conference in Paris, 19-21 September 2018. The panel consisted of Martine Durand (OECD), Angela Me (UNODC), Julio Santaella (INEGI, Mexico), Sibylle von Oppeln-Bronikowski (Destatis, Germany), Sabir Al-Harbi (GCC-Stat) and was chaired by Stefan Schweinfest (UNSD).
