The Technical Seminar on Legal Framework for Civil Registration, Vital Statistics and Identity Management Systems will be held on 17-19 July 2017 at the Multi-Function Hall 2 of the Asian Development Bank Headquarters (ADB HQ) located at 6 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Session 2 ‐ Introduction to the revision process of the Manuals and Handbooks relevant to the Principles and Recommendations for a Vital Statistics System

This session will open with an introductory presentation on the progress of the revision of the Handbook on Management and Evaluation of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Systems . The session will also explain the plan for updating other manuals and handbooks that accompany the Principles and Recommendations for a Vital Statistics System, Rev. 3
