Improvement of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics

As part of its activities on the monitoring of progress on national census taking related to the United Nations 2020 World Population and Housing Census Programme, the United Nations Statistics Division has launched an initiative to collect from countries copies of posters and other publicity material for the 2020 round of population and housing censuses. These posters are made available on the website of the 2020 World Population and Housing Census Programme in order to foster the exchange of information among countries and also to inform the general public about the international nature of the 2020 census programme.
