EDGE Technical Meeting on Measuring Entrepreneurship from a Gender Perspective
Under the Evidence and Data for Gender Equality (EDGE) initiative, the UN Statistics Division and the UN Women held a meeting with national statisticians, partner agencies, regional commissions and scholars to take stock of available research and data on gender and entrepreneurship and to identify EDGE's contribution in this area. The meeting marked the beginning of EDGE's work to develop methodological guidelines on measuring entrepreneurship from a gender perspective.
