| This Forum is one of the special side events organized by the UN Statistics Division on the occasion of the Statistical Commission, to discuss special challenges confronting the global statistical community. This year the Forum will discuss recent challenges regarding the implementation of the Fundamental Principles. In the past years, a number of incidents have arisen that clearly violate the intent and the provisions of the Principles. The Forum provides an in-depth exchange of views on the question if and how the Fundamental Principles and their implementation can be strengthened. |
