International Recommendations for Energy Statistics: Achievements and future challenges

The seminar, organized by the United Nations Statistics Division, is intended to provide countries with additional information on the newly revised "International Recommendations for Energy Statistics" (IRES) which are being submitted to the UN Statistical Commission for adoption. The seminar will highlight the achievements that have been accomplished with IRES, its key concepts and recommendations and will discuss the future challenges in energy statistics.
