Salomé Flores Sierra Franzoni is an advisor to the Minister of Government of the State of Puebla and the current President of the Alumni Association for Mexicans students in Australia.
Prior to her appointment as an advisor, she was advising the Vice president for Public Security, Justice and Comptrollership affairs at Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI). Prior to this she was Director for Effective Regulation at the Ministry of Public Administration in which she launched and managed the Plain Language project for the Federal Government in Mexico.
Miss Flores holds a B.A. in International Relationships from Universidad de las Américas -- Puebla, a Graduate Diploma in Administration and a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of Canberra. She participated as an ACT international student Ambassador.
She is also a former participant of the International Leadership Visitors Program (ILVP) sponsored by the US State Department and Chevening Fellowship Alumni. She is currently attending Law School.
