Boluwatife Lola-Dare, is a community physician with postgraduate qualifications in epidemiology, population, development, and international health. As an epidemiologist, and social development consultant, she has been an irrepressible global health and development advocate for over 30 years. She is currently the President of CHESTRAD Global Development Initiatives Inc (CHESTRAD Global), an African-led social enterprise operating in Africa, Europe and North America, headquartered in Nigeria. CHESTRAD works in close collaboration with national governments, bilateral and multilateral institutions, foundations as well as many global initiatives and programmes. Through her ongoing involvement in advisory and governance mechanisms, including the Health Data Collaborative, Lola-Dare brings to national and international discussions both passion and far-reaching knowledge of southern perspectives in global health, with a unique capacity to deploy innovation and fresh thinking.
