Jacquee Bunnell Hesse is a public health professional and evaluation specialist based in southern Africa for the past nine years. She is currently operating as an independent consultant after several years in the NGO sector. She had several years of field-level project management and monitoring and evaluation experience before transitioning to organizational level roles coordinating global, multi-stakeholder projects focused on improving the measurement and reporting of the impact of development programmes. Jacquee is an American from Chicago and currently resides in Cape Town, South Africa. She earned her Master of Public Health degree from the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Illinois, Urbana -- Champaign.
