Les auteurs de l’examen doivent se demander dans quelle mesure les recommandations du Manuel concernant l’enregistrement de la production et la redistribution du revenu provenant des activités susmentionnées doivent être incluses dans la version à jour du SCN. |

Regarding clarifications (b), (c) the AEG agreed that theft should not be treated as a transaction.
Regarding clarifications (e), (f) the AEG agreed that bribery should not be treated as compensation of employees, contrary to the possibilities mentioned in the Handbook on the Non-Observed Economy. The consensus of the AEG was that bribery should not be discussed in the updated SNA. |
