TermTransfers of individual non-market goods or services
DefinitionTransfers of individual non-market goods or services consist of goods or services provided to individual households free, or at prices which are not economically significant, by non-market producers of government units or NPISHs; although some of the non-market services produced by NPISHs have some of the characteristics of collective services, all the non-market services produced by NPISHs are, for simplicity and by convention, treated as individual in nature.
