Glossary of the 1993 SNA - Definition of Term

TermShort-term loans
DefinitionShort-term loans are loans that have an original maturity normally of one year or less, but with a maximum of two years or less to accommodate variations in practice between countries.

It is acknowledged that this glossary uses descriptions of the OECD glossary of statistical terms, the Glossary of the System of National Accounts 1993 and the UN classifications registry.
