Biography
Statistician-Economist, Graduated from the University of Georgia and the University of Idaho. Mr. Oussama Marseli was appointed Director of Statistics at the High Commission for Planning on March 2019, after a career of 15 years at this institution where he successively held the positions of head of the automatic document reading Center, head of census implementation and processing unit and head of the population census and vital statistics division. He is also recognized as an expert with international organizations, namely the United Nations Statistics Division, the Arab Institute for Training and Research in Statistic, the World Bank, and FAO.
