TermSwap - interest rate
DefinitionAn interest rate swap contract involves an exchange of cash flows related to interest payments, or receipts, on a notional amount of principal, which is never exchanged, on one currency over a period of time; settlements are often made through net cash payments by one counterparty to the other.
