Purpose: The primary goal is to promote social change by utilizing interactive and enjoyable teaching approaches to improve statistical literacy among children, young individuals, and professionals. Our goal is to foster a more profound comprehension of statistics and its practical uses by equipping individuals with the necessary skills to independently read and analyze statistical information. This not only provides advantages to people but also contributes to the development of a society that is well-informed and knowledgeable in handling data. We have arranged our Workshop JMP Workshop on Data Handling, Analysis, and Visualization on 11th- 12th July 2024. This was our first initiave now are arranging more international event to promote Statsitics globally . We also organized a poster competition within the workshop to assess how much benefit the participants gained from the session and to gauge the success of the workshop. Initially, we created three categories to give every educational level a chance to showcase their outcomes. We received numerous submissions from India and Pakistan, with many participants using JMP software to design their posters and share innovative ideas. Our workshops, seminars, competitions, and online events seek to elevate statistics and make it accessible to both statisticians and non-statisticians. As artificial intelligence and data-driven insights drive innovation and decision-making, statistics are crucial. Our work emphasizes statistics' vital role in current research, concentrating on current concerns and advancements. These events are meant to raise awareness of statistical expertise. Every workshop, seminar, or online gathering lets attendees actively participate and understand statistics' practical use. By using interactive and engaging teaching approaches, we aim to make learning entertaining and helpful. We want to simplify complicated statistical concepts so people from varied backgrounds may comprehend and apply them. These workshops finish with competitions. Participants should submit their ideas, which are then evaluated to find the best ones. Implementing concepts improves understanding and fosters creativity and innovation. We may assess the effectiveness of our seminars and highlight our participants' achievements by selecting and presenting the best projects. We also offer statisticians a regular meeting. These meetings allow professionals to discuss advances, share challenges, and debate research and statistical trends. Statisticians can share ideas, learn about new advances, and help one other progress professionally in this cooperative community. Our goal is to make statistical knowledge more accessible to everyone, therefore "Statistics for Non-Statisticians". Our goal is to simplify statistics and make them understandable to non-specialists. This method helps people analyze statistical data and engage with it more effectively, especially in a time where media heavily influences public opinion and decision-making. The purpose is to create social change by improving statistical literacy in children, youth, and professionals using engaging and fun teaching methods. We want to help people understand statistics and their practical applications by teaching them to read and evaluate statistical data. This benefits people and helps build a data-savvy society. We aim to unify domestic and international audiences for extended teaching. This platform lets us advise participants on recent statistical advances and their relevance in various scenarios. We bring broad audiences together to improve statistical literacy and recognize and appreciate statistics in all fields. Our workshops, seminars, and meetings attempt to make statistics more accessible by improving its understanding and use. We use interactive learning, practical competitions, and professional conferences to increase statistical literacy and empower people to use data. We promote statistical knowledge as a tool for solving modern problems and improving society.

Mode of implementation: The initiative named "Enhancing Statistical Literacy for Civic Engagement in Northern Ghana" is designed to target university students, especially those enrolled at Tamale Technical University, along with local community leaders, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and individuals interested in the region. Its primary goal is to enhance comprehension and utilization of official statistics in civic decision-making, strengthen the capacity to interpret data relevant to public policies, and encourage the development and distribution of statistical products for local governance. Integral components of this initiative encompass workshops focused on building capacity, an online educational platform, and programs for community engagement. These workshops will be conducted both face-to-face and virtually, concentrating on skills related to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation, with a specific emphasis on official statistics. The online platform is intended to offer accessible learning resources and interactive modules, featuring content customized for the practical implementation of statistics in Northern Ghana. Furthermore, the community engagement programs will entail town hall gatherings, radio broadcasts, and partnerships with local NGOs, showcasing the significance of statistical literacy in domains like healthcare, education, and local governance. University students will actively participate in these community outreach activities, thereby connecting academic knowledge with real-world scenarios.

Outcomes: The workshop has active participation from a diverse group of attendees, including data analysts, researchers, students, and professionals from various industries. The interactive sessions and hands-on exercises ensured that participants could apply the concepts they learned during the workshop. We gradually collected feedback forms from our participants and received very positive responses. Our participants thoroughly enjoyed our workshop and requested that ISLP conduct more such workshops to promote statistical literacy in our community. They also emphasized the need for this kind of healthy competition, which allows people from different regions to learn from each other's work. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees appreciated the practical approach of the workshop, the clarity of the instructions, and the opportunity to work on real-world data problems. Many participants expressed interest in further training and advanced workshops on specific topics within data science and JMP software. We are very grateful to ISLP for their support. Without them, we could not have achieved success in this volunteer work. Their support has been instrumental in our accomplishments.

Challenges: Limited funding can significantly impact the quality and scope of online workshops. Insufficient funds may constrain the ability to invest in advanced technology, hire expert facilitators, or provide necessary resources and materials. This can affect the overall effectiveness and reach of the workshops, making it challenging to deliver a comprehensive and impactful learning experience.
