Methodology for estimating bilateral trade flows

Attached a brief note on the proposed methodogy methodology for estimating bilateral trade flows.
Use of the Trade Transformations Table which provides a very flexible and convenient way to correct inconsistencies and distortions in actual trade flows. The concept of this table has been borrowed from the UNSD methodology, and the existing version of the table strictly corresponds to UNSD’s Blocking Table (though its functionality has been extended comparing to the original).
