14.406. The user is invited to read the experience of New Zealand in collecting data on modes of supply as presented in the country example of chapter 6. In New Zealand, respondents were asked in the 2011 census of international trade in services and royalties to estimate the percentage of the export value delivered through modes 1, 2 and 4. Testing showed that most respondents understood the modes of supply concepts, although feedback suggested that the guide provided along with the questionnaire was helpful, as well.
