The SAE Toolkit was prepared by the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD), under the guidance of the Inter-Agency and Expert Group on SDG Indicators (IAEG-SDGs) and the Inter-Secretariat Working Group on Household Surveys (ISWGHS).  It is the result of a collective effort by a wide range of contributors with extensive experience in SAE.

Special gratitude goes to Francesca Perucci, Assistant Director of UNSD for her overall guidance and direction; and the following members of the main drafting team: Haoyi Chen, Coordinator of the Inter-Secretariat Working Group on Household Surveys; Yongyi Min, Chief of the SDG Monitoring Section at UNSD; Ann-Kristin Kreutzmannan, an expert on SAE and who used to work with UNSD, and Denise Britz do Nascimento Silva from IBGE - Escola Nacional de Ciências Estatísticas.
