Rasmus Larsson

Rasmus is Senior Advisor to the Kenyan National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) and leads the Statistics Sweden and KNBS cooperation project; a project funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Kenya aiming to develop the institutional capacity at KNBS. Rasmus has been active in statistical development in Kenya since 2015. Prior to this Rasmus has over 10 years of experience at Statistics Sweden as Head of the Survey Unit and Head of the Energy and Transport statistics unit. Rasmus has a special interest in international development with a focus on quality management and organizational development. In this role, Rasmus has led a number of projects to improve quality for official statistics. Rasmus holds a BSc in statistics and an MSc in Public administration and Economics.
