Mohammad is the Executive Director for National Statistics & Data Sector at the Federal Competitiveness & Statistics Authority. His is currently looking after the development of the national statistics and data strategy for the authority and manage the execution in that sector across the board. He is also responsible for creating the workforce plan and recourse allocation aligning with all stakeholders to develop national statistic dissemination strategy. Prior to that, Mohammad served as Strategy Director developing the national statistic strategy 2021 for the UAE, previously was the Engagement Director for corporate communication & international affairs at the Emirates Competitiveness Council in the Minister of State Office.
Prior to working in the public sector, Mohammed worked for Microsoft International as the Government Sector manager, where he worked closely with the UAE government towards achieving a position of trusted advisor in innovation for technology needs and helping both local and federal government bodies to achieve cost effectiveness with high level of customer satisfaction.
Mohammad also worked for EmiratesNBD Bank. He handled several roles and positions within the bank 's Information Technology.
Mohammad holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the National American University as well as a Diploma in computer information processing from the Higher College of Technology Dubai.
