He has lived in various countries such as UAE, Australia, UK, Ireland and Spain, which has allowed him to broaden his understanding of analytics through the collaboration of experts worldwide.
Jorge 's advisory expertise covers Strategy definition, Operating model establishment and end to end program delivery in the domains of Data Foundation, Finance Analytics, Customer Analytics, Risk Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain Analytics joining the bridges between business, technology and Research and Development.
One of Jorge 's greatest achievements was working in Project management and project deployment of Data & Analytics, EPM, IM & BI projects above $ 12,000,000 in MENA, $ 60 million in Australia, $ 2,500,000 in UK and $ 4,000,000 in Spain. He has also defined, developed and deployed AI, Analytics, EPM/FPM/IM Strategy, Business processes, Business Architecture and Enterprise Architecture for leading organizations. Furthermore, Jorge has developed information management departments in technological consulting companies worldwide. For example, in a company in Spain, incomes increased over $ 2.9 million per year and Analytics & Data staff expanded from 3 to 43.
