Andrew leads Gallup 's government consulting in the EMEA region. Andrew develops research-based data-led solutions for global organisations within the private, public and non-governmental sectors.
Andrew delivers large-scale projects with global impact, leading teams that work directly with national governments and international organisations, including various United Nations agencies including IOM, ILO, FAO, WFP and WHO. Andrew guides the Gallup team that assists the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on the Voices of the Hungry project, which annually tracks global food security, a United Nations Sustainable Development Goal indicator. He has presented Gallup 's research at a variety of forums including the United Nations headquarters in New York and the Houses of Parliament in the United Kingdom. Andrew serves as an advisor for a wide variety of groups including think tanks, foundations and non-profit organisations.
Before joining Gallup, Andrew served as a management consultant to FTSE 100 and DAX 30 companies across a variety of sectors, working from offices in Brussels, Manchester and Hong Kong.
Andrew has been admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales. He earned his bachelor 's degree in law and master 's degree in international and European law from Durham University and his legal practice certificate from Nottingham Law School. Andrew earned a master 's in business administration with a focus on international business consulting from The University of Manchester.
