Abstract
This textbook is meant to be used to train both compilers and users of national accounts. It reflects the new developments in the 2008 System of National Accounts, for example the new treatment of R&D expenditure. It also includes discussions of the financial crisis in 2008 to 2009 in the context of National Accounts data.
