Abstract

This handbook has been prepared as a practical tool at the disposal of compilers of ESA 2010-based national and regional accounts. Its objective is to translate the voluntary EU recommendations on data revisions into specific practices ensuring accurate, reliable, consistent and comparable data. The handbook provides good practices for routine and benchmark revisions as well as for non-scheduled revisions. It can also provide guidance in practical matters for countries outside Europe.
