Environment Statistics - Country Files

This site contains the country responses on Water and Waste and Air (2004 data collection). The country files contain all validated data received from the countries through the UNSD/UNEP Questionnaire on Environment Statistics. Data contained in the country files have been published in the indicator tables on the UNSD Environmental Indicators page, which are those of relatively good quality and geographic coverage.

The country files are accessible only to the national, regional and international organizations that are involved in the collection of environment statistics. If you belong to one of these organizations and would like to obtain a password, please contact envstats@un.org.
