Maka Kalandarishvili

Maka Kalandarishvili is the Head of the National Accounts Department, National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT). Her main responsibilities include managing, coordinating and organizing the overall activities of the department related to the compilation of annual and quarterly GDP, as well as other main indicators of national accounts. She has over 10 years of experience in various positions (Chief Specialist, Head of Annual Accounts Division) in the National Accounts Department. Prior to her current position, Ms. Kalandarishvili served as the head of External Trade and Foreign Investments Statistics Department and Chief Specialist of the Business Statistics Department of GEOSTAT. Ms. Kalandarishvili holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from the Georgian Technical University.
