Ms. Lijing Zhao is the Director of Comprehensive Analysis Division of the Department of Social, Science and Technology, and Cultural Statistics under the National Bureau of Statistics of China. She is responsible for women and children statistics, as well as gender statistics. She also leads the development of the monitoring indicator system for the Outline for the Development of Chinese Women and Children, and the annual statistical monitoring and analysis of the development of Chinese women and children.
