This subclass does not include:
- sea water, cf. 16200
- steam and hot water, cf. 17300
- mineral waters containing added carbon dioxide, cf. 24410
- waters individually bottled as beverages, cf. 24410
- distilled water, cf. 34250
- sewage and other wastewater, i.e. water not suitable for further use, cf. 39990
