The NCEM/HS, 5th Rev. is an 8-digit classification system, with the first 6-digit adopting the HS and the last 2-digit representing the local needs in Macao.

Please indicate at which level the classification is used for data collection and for data publishing.External Merchandise Trade Statistics of Macao are compiled and published based on the information stated on trade licenses and declarations, in which the 8-digit merchandise code of NCEM/HS, 5th Rev. has to be indicated, by respective importers/exporters.
