UN Data portal API

Provides dynamic, programmatic access to data within the UNdata platform. Developers can use the API to dynamically query UNdata to obtain the latest data and display the result on a Web page, download to local storage for further processing, etc. UNdata API is powered by Eurostat’s SDMX Reference Infrastructure (SDMX-RI). The API is implemented as a SOAP Web Service that can be used to query the datamarts using the SDMX standard. The API is governed by UNdata Terms of Use.

Monthly Bulletin of Statistics Web Services

A web service to extract monthly statistics data provided by the Monthly Bulletin of Statistics, one of the oldest publications of the United Nations Statistics Division. The Monthly Bulletin of Statistics Online presents current economic and social statistics for more than 200 countries and territories of the world. It contains 55 tables, comprising over 100 indicators, of monthly, quarterly and annual data on a variety of subjects illustrating important economic trends and developments, including population, industrial production indices, price indices, employment and earnings, energy, manufacturing, transport, construction, international merchandise trade, finance and national accounts. For more than 80 years, the Monthly Bulletin of Statistics has been published by the United Nations Statistics Division and previously by the League of Nations.
