Save the date to attend the seventeenth meeting of the Inter-agency and Expert Group on Sustainable Development Goal Indicators (IAEG-SDGs). The meeting will be held in person from 4 to 6 November 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya.

The meeting will follow the same format as previous in-person IAEG-SDGs meetings. There will be a members-only meeting taking place during the first day (4 November) and plenary sessions taking place during the next two days (5 – 6 November). For the plenary sessions, all countries, international and regional agencies and entities, and other stakeholders will be invited to register to attend.

The registration period to attend in person will close Monday, 7 September 2026. Due to space limitations, not everyone will be accepted. Registrants will be notified no later than 18 September 2026.

Note: Attendance is free, however all travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. Neither the UN Statistics Division nor the host organizations (UNEP, UNFPA, and UN-Habitat) provide funding or financial support for participant travel. Participation therefore requires fully self-funded and self-arranged travel and attendance.
