UNSD Releases Honouring Statisticians Globally Video
22 September 2010 -- A five-minute promotional video for World Statistics Day (WSD) entitled Honouring Statisticians Globally has been posted both on YouTube’s
WSD Channel ( http://www.youtube.com/user/WorldStatisticsDAy ) and on the videos webpage of the official
WSD website ( http://unstats.un.org/unsd/wsd/Resources.aspx ).
This video aims at explaining and popularizing "Official Statistics" for the general public in preparation for the first ever World Statistics Day (20.10.2010).
It is a joint product of the United Nations Statistics Division and the UN Department of Public Information.
