This guideline outlines the medico-legal obligations of the medical and health professionals, registered with the Bhutan Medical and Health Council, in relation to writing medical certificates and reports. Items relevant include the issurance of birth and death certificate as well as certifying causes of deaths.
This guideline shall come into force from March 13, 2009 corresponding to 18th day of the 1st month of Earth Female Ox Year.
