The System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA) Central Framework was adopted as the international standard for environmental-economic accounts at the 43rd session of the United Nations Statistical Commission. Following that adoption, countries have started to consider how to implement the SEEA Central Framework. This seminar will discuss the strategies for implementation in selected countries and lessons learnt at the national, regional and international level. Presenters from the National Statistical Offices will share their perspectives on implementation, followed by an open discussion among countries.
