Faut il constater seulement les fonds commerciaux achetés ou doit on également comptabiliser ceux qui sont produits à l’interne? Le traitement de fonds commerciaux achetés par des sociétés et des entreprises non constituées en sociétés devrait il être identique? Faut il porter au compte de patrimoine des actifs tels les noms commerciaux, les marques de commerce, et les franchises? |
